As our Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, propelling our business towards achieving our ambitious goals. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of AI with your visionary strategic insight, leadership prowess, and execution excellence.

LOCATION

This can be in our offices or remotely; it all comes down to passion and drive. We are open to UK, USA, Canada, and EU applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and drive the execution of strategic plans and objectives consistent with the company’s vision.
Collaborate with our dedicated team to oversee daily operations and guide us towards growth and innovation.
Nurture a productive, inclusive culture where extraordinary talent thrives.
Partner with the company’s two founders (CEO and CBO) to develop sustainable, scalable strategies that accelerate our trajectory.
Act as a steward of our values, driving business success while prioritizing integrity and social responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We do not need you to have a degree; we just need you to be passionate, and help drives us forward.

Intense, passionate drive and understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing, and IT.
Strong strategic and business acumen with a passion for technology and AI.
Leadership skills with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
An innovative and visionary thinker with a growth mindset.
