We anticipate the platform will be offline for some months to ensure a seamless and robust upgrade process. So what does this mean for you?

Past incidents

Posting schedule editing and creation issue

We are aware of an error that is causing users to unable to create new posting schedules. A different part of this error is that you also can't effectively edit any pre set posting schedules in your account, this is from 1 week sprint to 18 month horizon. If you have previously created your own posting schedules, editing those schedules are working fine. We are working on a solution, We are sorry for the impact caused by this error.

Campaign Creation and Single Post not working

We have identified an issue that is causing both Campaign Creation and Single Post to stuck, we are working on this issue.

Shortener bsapp.ai issue

We are currently aware of a new issue with bsapp.ai not diverting correctly, our team are looking into this immediately and we are investigating.

Single post to Facebook and X (Twitter)

We have found an error that is causing Single Posts to Facebook and X (Twitter) to be stuck. We are working on a solution now. Single Post to Instagram is working fine.

New Campaigns Quote Issue

We've identified a problem where newly created campaigns aren't displaying any quotes. Our team is currently addressing this issue to resolve it.

New YouTube Campaigns Quote Issue

We've identified a problem where newly created campaigns from YouTube videos aren't displaying any quotes. Our team is currently addressing this issue to resolve it.

Campaign creation not working

We are aware of an error that is causing manually created campaigns to get stuck in the process of creation. We are working on this error. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Translation Not Working

We are currently experiencing an issue with the translation part of our Artificial Intelligence software, we apologise for the issue and it is being investigated currently. UPDATE: The problem is bigger than expected. We are aware and we have a team working on resolving the issue as fast as we can.

Single post to X(Twitter) not working

Hi users, we are aware of an error that is causing delivery issues with Single post to X(Twitter). We are working on resolving this. We apologise for the incontinence.

Unable to access Blue Strawberry

We have encountered an issue and users can't log in at the moment. Please be assured we are working on resolving this issue ASAP. Our deepest apologies.

LinkedIn profile connection issue

We are aware some of our users are experiencing an issue connecting a new LinkedIn profile, we are working on resolving this issue.

Single post stuck issue

We are aware some users may experience an issue causing their single post to stuck in "In process que" when they launch it. We are working on fixing this issue.
