We have received communications from LinkedIn and we were told LinkedIn started to ramp two-step verification to their shared customers, which required customers to modify member settings. As a result, this inadvertently may have disrupted customers using our integration because the setting changes removed access to all third party applications tied to the member profile; revoking all three-legged OAuth tokens tied to the member.
As a result, If you use Blue Strawberry to post to LinkedIn and you have enabled LinkedIn’s two-step verification feature, you will need to re-authenticate with LinkedIn in Blue Strawberry to continue to access your LinkedIn data.
To do this, please login to your Blue Strawberry account, then go to Settings, and find Social Profiles. Here you will see the LinkedIn profile you have connected. All you need to do here is to delete it using the little trash can button next to your LinkedIn profile image, and then add it again.
This should resolve it. We will keep in touch with LinkedIn and monitor the situation. Thank you.
